Very pleased with the service provided I made the appointment after self diagnosing my vehicle needless to say I was wrong but they were honest and told me that the parts I scheduled for were not needed they got me in the very next day and fixed what was needed which was actually a lot cheaper They are fast, honest and did great work can't ask for anything more thank you so much will definitely be back in the future and will definitely be recommending

Recently, I had a cylinder head spark plug hole retheaded. They were fast, affordable, and very professional. Highly recommend!!!

5 stars does not do this guy justice. We broke down around 8:00PM on the side of I-80. Nowhere was open until the following day and we were going to have to restructure our vacation. Searched to see if a 24 hour tire repair shop existed — almost all were truck repair except Kiss Automotive. I gave him a call close to 8:30, he asked me my tire size and went and BOUGHT a tire at WalMart to put on my car. Our tow got us to his shop around 10pm, he showed up shortly after, put the tire on, charged us VERY reasonable rates considering the work he put in and the time of night we needed help (no one else is providing the service he is). We were back on the road around 10:15. Chris is a super hero and a super nice guy, and also super knowledgeable. Highly recommend taking your car to his shop for repair or maintenance.

My car got a flat tire on Ohio turnpike on Sunday afternoon, and I found Kiss Automotive on Google as pretty much the only car repair place that was open and answering the phone in the 50 mile radius. Was able to get there on a spare tire, and not only Chris managed to get a new pair of tires installed but also to rotate the tires and put me on the road on the same afternoon! Excellent service overall - I thus strongly recommend Kiss Automotive!

Chris literally saved us. Our car shut down in the middle of our 17 hour roadtrip and wouldn’t start - in the middle of the highway too. Thank god for Kiss. First, Kiss automotives is open 24 hrs. We called around 5pm on a Saturday and were able to come in even when everywhere else was closed. Chris went out of his way to help us. We couldn’t get our car fixed that night, so he helped us find a hotel for the night. Then he helped us figure out how to get us home and bring our car with us - he suggested we rent a U-Haul with auto transport and drive it back ourselves to help us save money. We would’ve paid over a thousand to get it towed otherwise. He was our angel. 100% suggest going to see him if you are ever in need of help. Very knowledgeable and looks out for his customers. Could not have been more thankful to have him there while figuring out what to do in a city/state we’ve never been in. So thank you Chris

They did amazing on our vehicles. We called them on a Saturday to have two vehicles fixed and they got them both in AND done in a few hours. One of the vehicles only had 1 thing that needed done but the other one had at 10 and it is running perfect! I couldn’t be more happy to have my vehicles back up and running safely. Plus the main mechanic and his wife are sweet people who kept us updated and informed through the whole process! Definitely bringing more back when needed and sending other people their way!
