Love the place, love how clean it is. I thought they knew I liked it too! 2 stars because of this, and 2 stars because of this; Brought a tuned audi in (my daily) for a Humming noise. I was there at 7am a little early , but I had time. I was told "we gotchu" more times than I've smoke a v8. Nah let's be real, brought My audi in there for simple vibrations and I was told (my sound is from my exhaust ) this may be true but why say you can't take a look cuz it's an aftermarket exhaust? I simply said.no sir, I've been tuning in audis for 17 years, this one is modded, but the exhaust is completely oem. He says my tech says" it's a different mock-up than what we have on our blueprints". How do you get a fuhking job at firestone not.knowing......HOW, make these kids take courses on all the chassis, or don't answer the phone.

Went here for new tires and a wheel alignment, since they were able to get me in right away. Worst decision ever. Had to go back four times because the car was shaking and wobbling at highway speeds. Finally I got fed up and went somewhere else. The tires were rebalanced and the REAR ALIGNMENT'S CAMBER WAS STILL WRONG!!!! Now my car is back to normal. Won't make the mistake by going back here again!

The first time I came here, the customer service was very bad. I waited a long time for my car to be checked. When I checked my car, I was not careful, so after only a week, my car had a problem again. When I came back, the way they talked was irresponsible. I will never come to this place again. It is not worth it to be such a bad place.

Absolutely overpriced!! My boyfriend went for a standard oil change and was completely overcharged and they took over an hour to do it. Will never go there again. Didnt think getting an oil change would cost an arm and a leg!!! EVEN WITH A COUPON!!!

Gino the manager is awesome Tommy who set my appointment was fantastic to be able to set me up in such a fast time. And my Tech was Robert from my old store in Hermitage that they closed and he was fantastic and I saw my most favorite awesome mechanic Mikey also from the old Hermitage store so I'm so glad Gino got some really good guys from the Hermitage store and I'm glad I chose the Warren store Gino the manager is awesome and listens to you and treats you with with respect and special as if your the only one there a real class act explains everything that was done and explains what should be done next and doesn't try to push things on you to try to get extra sales that doesn't interfere with safety. He is just honest he puts himself in your shoes all these guys do they all are honest and up front with you and I like that that's all you can ask for pure honesty.

I usually leave during my car’s oil changes. Stayed this time because of the weather. The waiting area has been arranged nicely. I was very comfortable and the time passed quickly. My car was done in a little earlier than estimated. They always do a great job on my car regardless of what is being done. I especially love their tires (and free tire rotations when I buy their tires.) Always good customer service. This has been my trusted car care company for years now.

Cars still pulling to the right. Mechanics never bothered to check Tire pressure they don't even look up what kind of alignment the car calls for. Mechanic just tells u that something else needs fixed when it doesn't and they try to get more money out of u

Came here for my husband's birthday, and I waited about an hr for our food to come out. (Was not a super busy day ) We told the waitress in advance that we wanted a cake to come out for my husband's bday, and she told us it wasn't complementary. Ok, just bring one out, please ? Asked for bill and to go plates 3 times . I literally had to ask a different waitress for our bill. Thankfully, the manager came over and offered my husband's cake for free. Overall food was good . Might just be understaffed .
