Make sure to triple confirm your appointment before going. I drove 20 minutes for an appointment I confirmed for a Saturday. I work during the week and can only take my cars in for service on the weekend. I was excited because I didn’t have to drive to Ashland. My appointment was for the following Saturday at 9am and placed it on my calendar right after the call. I go there, and he says there is no appointment and there couldn’t be on a Saturday. Was also slightly rude. Now I know I’ll just have to go to Ashland for weekend service. Just an FYI.
