I went in last week with no knowledge of cars or batteries. I am a new driver and the employees were very helpful in helping me find what fuses and battery I needed for my car. It's running fine now thanks to knowledge of the guys who work here. Anytime we come in we are treated very well. The customer service here is awesome. Whoever manages this place is doing a good job.

They usually have what I need but some staff members typically have had friends in the store and are distracted. Making it awkward to check out.

Careful Buying any Optima Battery from Any ORiley's. The warranty is flawed they won't exchange it if their tests are ok sitting inside a heated building, this test is inherently flawed, my vehicle is in an unheated garage, if it fails inside my garage it would be worse outside a garage. I purchased a replacement for a 6 year old Optima Red top from ORiley's, the new battery failed in a few weeks, they refused to warranty it because it tested ok, the tests don't simulate cold weather, the battery loses its charge when it's below 30f after a few days. I have an unreturnable $300 battery sitting in my garage I can't rely on. The Interstate I purchased from Costco to replace the defective Optima has been working great for 6 months now even though the worst of the winter in my garage.. I am left with a $300 paperweight.
