From initial consult to final pickup, the team at King Brothers was top notch. They called weekly to keep me updated and delivered 2 days ahead of their quoted completion date. The work was exceptional and I'll definitely think King Brother's first if I need collision repair again.

Insurance company recommend this place! The staff was friendly and nice in the beginning when scheduling a drop off time & gather other information about my car. Super quick with get my car in. I had an estimate pick up time. I’ve also received weekly updates via text/call. Indicating that my car is on schedule and should be done around the schedule pick up time. Everything was fine, until the week of my pick up. Each staff member told me something different to prolong my pick up date. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PART. Then that should have been said. What actually occurred should have been said instead of making up excuses. The wrong part was order multiple times. My insurance company was notified due to the push back. Staff begin to be rude to me when I called for the final status, and picked up my car. Be careful with the company it has mixed reviews. Overall I love my car when I received it back. The services was not a 5 star! King Brothers - Please just be honest with your customers. I don’t need to talk to each staff member about my situation.

I was sent to King Brothers from my insurance company for some body work. I was not familiar with their work. I can now say that they did a great job. The body work looks great and the paint match is perfect. They also went above and beyond and helped me out with an extra scratch and THEN they cleaned out my car. I was floored! My car looks great, it’s fixed, and I am a happy customer who will refer them to friends and family going forward.
