Did the work - Wasn't upfront about hidden cost. They drove 5-10 minutes North and did 10 minutes worth of work (which they swore they didn't know how to do nor was it possible) which we guided them through (bypassing an air line). Had my driver come back to their yard (so they could keep us on the clock) and still called me for payment. Before asking them to come out I had asked what is the minimum charge, to which the girl in the office replied that there's no minimum and they only charge for the time they are working. They charged me an hour of labor + part. I asked why the price was over $185.00 for a 10 minute job and she said "Well our time starts when we leave the yard.." which is absurd. They are already being paid $81.00 for the service call to come out. If we weren't on a time crunch I would have argued. Although they did come out in a pinch, they overcharged because instead of being up front about cost they felt it was necessary to hide the fact that they charge for the time from when they leave the yard to when they get back to the yard. They could've easily not charged me for the time to go back to the yard but that's a separate matter. Be wary and be thorough in your questioning especially if you are in a bind.

Very professional and helpful. However, that older guy gives you kind of an attitude. I couldn't even ask him anything. There was no room for my words in between his constant speech about how he knows everything. And at very beginning of any of my questions, he interrupted me giving me answers about something totally different that I wanted to ask. I felt I was arguing with my wife. He's just so full of himself. But they (he) did help me though, it was just a little unpleasant.

STAY OUT OF THAT PLACE they charged me $260 pain for nothing I took my truck because I needed regeneration that place was closer to me at that time I called and they told me that I could go, then a man looks and says I will connect the computer and do the regeneration and erase the codes After that he goes out and says to me the system they have is not compatible, but says that he could do it. Later he moved fron truck tu truck around a lot, as if doing more time. I return to the truck and I see it he looking on YouTube, what could be the problem, that was credible it took 2 hours and he told me he was sorry but he didn't find the problem that's a bad way to make money maybe that person thinks he is very smart by stealing the two hours of work but in the future he will lose out
