Reineke Ford of Lima Service

Great service as usual. Service rep Emily was super friendly and helpful as usual. Remembered me as soon as I walked up to the counter. Offered me a better option for my oil change than what I selected on the online scheduling app which saved me some $$. The technician who actually did the oil change forgot to reset the oil life counter on the dash controls and did not change the reminder sticker in the window, but im sure of i would have noticed sooner and said something, it would have been fixed by Emily right away! As always I'm super happy with my service.

I “tapped” my beautiful car on our garage and got white paint on it. OMG!!!! I immediately took it to Reineke and they made it look like new again!!!! I’m so happy again!!!!!! They truly to met my car needs! My Ford Mustang in Mischievous Purple Metallic is once again perfectly BEAUTIFUL!!!!!💜💜💜

Full disclosure I actually went to Wapakoneta Ford first and got the run around (I’m still waiting for the General manager to call me back 🙄 ) I came to Reineke and Ricky and Josie were amazing! They did more work for me in 5 min than Wapak ford did in the 3 weeks I spent working with them. Ricky and Josie were able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a very affordable price!

2025 I love my purple Mustang that I bought from Reineke Ford Lima. I also love how the great the people at Reineke Service department help me keep my car beautiful and running great! I had a cracked windshield in 2 sections with 4-5inches apart at the bottom of the windshield. 1 left and 1 right. Took it to Reineke Ford and was told by JJ that it was a stone. And only took picture on the right side. I told him that the windshield wiper went nuts and slammed the windshield after being defrosted. He said he called the Big Ford. I have no proof he called anyone. Took one picture and said that the black mark is from a stone. Only right side picture was taken. Left was never taken. No it was from the wiper blade that busted after impact to windshield. Only took picture of the one side of the windshield right side crack. Never took picture of the left side crack. Tell me how stones hit at the same time. The back of my car was facing the road which is down a lane. Cause it never happened. I was in my driveway when this all happened. This was bull sh__. He gave me a 800 number to call. I did and they just said we can't do anything since Ford was contacted. No if a man would have brought it in you would have listened to what they said. But since I was a woman I was not taken serious. I worked at Lima Ford for 20 year's and there, still had men say you don't belong. I ran a ring around all these guys. You could ask any supervisor and they would tell you that. So to being not taken serious is bull. So I'm showing all I know the windshield and they all say that no way was it a stone. I was told not to go to Reineke go to Delphos. I guess I should have listened. Kaye Donovan

I used to feel pretty good about having my car serviced at Reineke Ford in Lima. Unfortunately, they have significantly raised their prices for service. In addition, the cost of having an issue diagnosed is more expensive and then, to my chagrin, the diagnostic fee IS NOT credited toward the service that needs to be done. I think this is very poor management of the business. I can understand charging for the diagnostic but then not performing the service. But, as I said, it's poor customer service not to include the diagnostic fee within the cost of performing the service on the car. I will be looking for another place to have my car serviced in the future.
