Literal Scam DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car in for maintenance and when I arrived I noted that my tire pressure light was on because I had been out of town and my car had been parked outdoors for over a week. They said they would take a look at it as part of the standard check. They took all day to service my car and messaged me to pick up my car. When I arrived they tried to charge me the wrong amount. Once my car was delivered as soon as I got in I noticed the tire pressure light was still on. I asked them to take a look at it and they took it back to check the tire pressure. 20 minutes later they brought it back and said the tire pressure was fine and the light would turn off. When I got back in my car I noticed there was an air filter box on the floor of my seat. When I checked my air filter it had not been changed. Mind you I paid $850 including a $90 “discount” which included changing of filters. I went back again to show them at this point skeptical that they did any of the work on my car. They told me that for the tire pressure light they would need to keep the car for two days because it was an “electrical issue”. I said absolutely not but wanted them to show me that they had actually completed the 30k maintenance that I paid for. They took the car back again and after an hour wait my car was return after they “checked” everything again. Lo and behold the tire pressure light was now miraculously off. These crooks hadn’t even check my tire pressure which is REQUIRED BY LAW. I’m convinced that whatever service they actually completed on my car was done in that hour when they took it back. The manager was “gone for the day” so they didn’t offer any discount and promised I would get a call the next day which of course did not happen. Don’t go here they are NOT trustworthy at all.

I should have listened to the reviews. This is your warning to go somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could but I guess this one star goes to Jeffrey, the service advisor I've been in touch with because I'm sure it's not easy covering severe deficiencies behind the scenes. Dropped off my EV6 to have the latest recall done and get a couple other things fixed that were under warranty in early January. They have to order the parts for the other fixes, okay cool, no biggy. Oops, something didn't fit on the install so they need to re-order. Another week. Finally get told everything is done a little over 30 days after I initially dropped it off. Get in the car and find that the seat repair wasn't done correctly and the camera system is completely non-functional. Car is back at the dealership within an hour. They have to open a tech line case with engineers to determine the cause of failure. Going on another 30+ days without the car and they still haven't determined the failure. I see in my Kia Connect app that my car hasn't been turned on in 3 weeks. It's just sitting in a parking lot downtown somewhere, not near the service center. I have zero faith in this tech department and feel bad that the advisors have to cover for them. It's just a poorly run location. You're better off saving up, going across the street to the tech school, learning about cars, and fixing it yourself because it will probably take less time to do that than have this location fix your car.

I have had issues with my KIA, dropped it off in November 2024. They say they changed the whole engine, they keep sending me off with it still with the same issues. They had it the whole month of December. Picked it up, still had issues. I call and don’t get any valid updates. It’s been 4 times that I drop it off and they can’t seem to find the issue. I’ve left messages to management, no calls in return.

What A Disappointing Day at Kia Service. Is this why everyone is leaving 1 stars? If I could, I’d give no stars at all. My time at Kia Service was a real letdown. They promised to fix the Forte theft recall problem in an hour, but it took them more than 4 hours. How can you get the time so wrong? It made me wonder if they really knew what they were doing. But that’s not all. They spelled my name wrong on the paperwork, not once or twice, but four times. I started to think they were doing it on purpose. With a big lawsuit happening right now, it felt like they were trying to mess up my records. All in all, I’m not happy with the service I got from Kia. They wasted my time and didn’t seem to care about getting things right. As a customer, I expected better. Kia, you really need to improve. What a let down.
