I just want to give a shout out!! Great service is rare to find anymore!! On May 5th I had scheduled preventative maintenance on my Kia Sportage. I have used VanDevere Service for the last 15 plus years. I had the pleasure of working with Adam Burke as my service advisor. Adam went out of his way to follow up with me and let me know about the requests I had made on my appointment. Excellent experience going here. My salesman was awesome. The financing department was awesome. Left in a brand new vehicle with a warranty forever and free car washes for life. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good car buying experience

The service center has a nice setup. You pull into the service center garage and never have to go outside, this was especially nice on the cold day I had my car in. Everyone was friendly, and my car was done quicker than the estimated time. Overall I look forward to having my car serviced here in the future.

Ken assisted me at the service center. He was very kind and went above and beyond with giving me options and keeping me informed about my car. When I was told I would need a new starter, he helped me look to see if I had an extended warranty where I originally bought the car even though it was a different Kia dealership. He gave me plenty of time to decide what to do and make some calls, and did not rush me. I decided to take my car elsewhere to be fixed and as I was leaving my car would not start. Ken and another service employee pushed my car outside the garage, and he kept trying to start it for 20+ minutes until it finally started and I could leave. I really appreciated Ken’s help, he is an awesome employee and I would recommend Vandevere Kia to anyone!
