Service advisors are rude, labor charges way too expensive and the wait time just for a diagnosis is way too long. Had $2200.00 worth of service on 10/31/24 because of a check engine light. Was charged for an oil change. 2 weeks later check engine light comes on again. Check the oil and oil was dirty,clumpy,and down to half of quart. Oil was never changed. Service light now says I need a Cam Shaft actuator. More money$$$$$$. Stay away from here! I left Bobby Stevens Service Manager a voicemail a few days ago asking to give me a call. No response.

Have been trying to get a spare key fob for three months now. After three trips to Key Hyundai they were unable to figure it out. So disappointed. After spending a total of $600 for a custom programmed key they told me today that their computers were down and I would have to come back. Each round-trip to Milford takes me about an hour and a half. When I showed up this morning, they said they couldn’t find my appointment even though my wife had directly received a call from their service manager, John confirming a 10 AM appointment. I was able to get a refund for approximately $200 of the cost. I’m working with my credit card company to dispute the remaining charges since the key they provided does not start the car.

SERVICE VISIT We are 30+ year customers of Hyundai vehicles. We've never had a bad experience when Larry Plunkett was the Service Manager. Once he left, it was nothing but arrogant pushback from that department. However, moving ahead to a current visit to Hyundai for an issue on a new 2024 Venue that was purchased only 2 weeks ago, Aldo from the Service Department gets a 10 star review! He intervened when I was dealing with a couple of service guys at the front desk who wouldn't help me with a serious issue that I had with my newly purchased Venue. To elaborate on the two very unhelpful service men would be counterproductive, so I'm sincerely hoping that Hyundai Management acknowledges Aldo's for his exceptionally stellar customer service skills and his valuable work ethic and perhaps mention to the rest of his Service Staff that all customers deserve to be treated the way that Aldo treated us. Way to go Aldo! Your kindness restored my faith in a department within your company that has been a constant disappointment.

Impossible to reach. Voicemails no one checks, they’ve had my car 5 days and no update. Have tried calling everyday, no one picks up. Were told our service guy would call us, never has.

Disappointed. To be fair, when and if you get your car in, you will have a nice staff and service. Clean resting area and amenities. However, overall it is frustrating and you should modify your expectations. First, the openings are usually very long. I have a tight schedule with high mileage commute and it is very tricky for me to find a date. There is no loaner available. Even if you want to pay for it. Also there were 2 separate occasions that I scheduled a service online and using Hyundai app, and when I went there there was no appointment for me. Once the staff was kind enough to help me though. (This is partially a Hyundai problem itself with poor app and website and centers integration). Recently, I used "hyundaitirecenters" website and booked a tire change. It was on promotion. There was no instruction for payment or anything. I also booked regular service as it was offered there. As I had the previous experiences of orders and appointments not going through, I went in person to confirm the appointment the very next day. Well, nothing was showing on their side! I spoke with a service staff and she booked me for June 5th, along with oil service and wheel alignment. She gave me the price estimate. I specifically asked if I should pay anything, specifically I wanted to make sure I will get the promotion, and she stated that's not necessary, said that the promotion will be applied and instructed to call a week before to confirm the tires are available. I called on May 28th and 29th. Answering service was poor. Eventually I was told that you have to pay in advance for all tires, so we can purchase them. Also there is no promotion. This is very disappointing. I am sure that either Hyundai or Genesis are not my first choices for my next car with all these glitchy and poor services. As far as the dealership and service center, I am curious to know why I should ever bother to come and have my services with you rather than going to one of the franchise or wholesale stores? They do not have long waiting list, inaccurate, glitchy system, uninformed staff.
