Avoid Chevrolet of Milford — Dishonest Warranty Practices!!! I brought my car into Chevrolet of Milford for warranty-covered repairs, and it has been a nightmare. Jennifer, my service rep, informed me that even though my warranty company approved 22 hours of labor at $179.95/hr (the market average), the dealership wanted to charge me an extra $1,760 out of pocket because their shop rate is $259.95/hr. I called my warranty company, who confirmed they approved everything fairly and had no idea why the dealership is trying to overcharge me. Because my warranty requires me to stay within 40 miles, the dealership is using that as leverage, knowing I can't easily move the car without paying them for incomplete work and towing fees. This is an unacceptable and unethical way to treat customers — using fine print to trap people and demand money they shouldn't owe. I've started filing complaints with GM corporate, the BBB, and consumer protection agencies. If you value honesty and integrity, stay far away from Chevrolet of Milford.

Was in the area so I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change. Dillon helped me immediately and was able to give me an appointment two days later (would have been the next day but I couldn't do it then). Took the car in earlier than the appointment time to accommodate a change in our schedule. Good communication through texts. Car was in good shape when returned to us, no grease on floor, door, or steering wheel. Good experience.

Dont bring your vehicle here for service. Had my truck in 4 times for the same issue with no resolution and when i bought the truck to find out the exhaust was kinked said they ordered it to find out from parts they had no order a month later
