CarMax’s service center was booked up for 3 weeks so I got in touch with Kevin’s shop as a repair pal. It’s interesting, you pay the warranty for the these vehicles and CarMax takes their time in providing you with the service you’re afforded through your warranty. I say that because Kevin disputed with their inspection team to ensure that my vehicle received all the repairs that were necessary. Kevin is one of the most transparent mechanics in the business. He walked me through the process and communicated all the details of what needed to be repaired. One of the things I’ve noticed as I’ve waited in his lobby are the customers that come in and the closeness he reserves in relationship. You immediately notice how much he’s trusted. I got my car back and the issues were resolved. However, less than 2 weeks later, another issue popped up. Before Kevin game me my car, he assured me that if I had any problems, to give him a call and bring the car back. I did exactly that when I began to feel the issues. Upon returning, Kevin got in the car with me to witness the issues. He got the car back up on the lift and went to work. My car is repaired and good to go. A ball joint got loose and all is well. If you want all is well service, both for your vehicle and sanity, bring it to Kevin.

I wish everyone did business like Kevin - everything about my experience at his shop was perfect! I am a full-time RV traveler, and it's always difficult to find good service because I'm always on the move. I found Kevin here on Google maps and because he has outstanding reviews, I contacted him a week or so before I expected to be in the area. I needed a lot of work done - with 120k miles on my Ram 2500 truck and preparing for a 2000-mile trip through Baja, I wanted to preemptively replace the water pump, thermostat, tensioner, belt, hoses, and EGR valve, do an oil change, and check over the truck carefully. Kevin quoted a fair price, so I asked him to order the parts and have them on hand for the appointed time. He and his assistant Panh completed the work professionally and in a timely manner. The bill was exactly as quoted. I can't recommend Kevin highly enough!!!

I was at Kevin's at 8.25am on Friday with an engine overheating problem, with a plan to drive to Tucson, AZ that day. Kevin looked at the car and showed me the damaged radiator, leaking coolant. He quoted me a fair price (upon billing reduced that amount since he said he didn't need to do something), changed the radiator and fixed the car by mid day. A true veteran, a good mechanic and a great human being. Thank You Kevin and Your associate for taking care of me and my car 🙏🙏🤗🤗
