Their online customer service portal is a game changer, giving a you a full checklist of items reviewed / serviced, “need to do” and “advisories”. I was contacted before any work took place to confirm the cost & plan. All in all 100k service done in under 4 hours. I will be back! 🤙🏻

You know, I respect their honesty. I didn't end up getting any work done. But, I appreciated the diagnosis and the "no pressure" to do something about it. They gave me the options, and they respected my decision. I would come back to them if I need something done to another car that I'm willing to spend the money on. F them through Nextdoor and turns out my son had been to them too!

These guys are awesome. I was visiting Oceanside and my car broke down. Didn’t know anyone here so called the dealership for Honda, was quoted a price and almost fell through the floor. My friend suggested B & D auto and I called them 4:55 on a Friday and they gave me an estimate so I got it to them Friday evening. They worked on it Saturday and it was less than half the price of the dealership. I’m a happy camper. These guys are wonderful.

Was able to schedule for same day appointment, easy drop off, quick service. Had my manifold replaced on Ram 2500 dropped off and returned in same day. Fair price, excellent service and professional communication. Thank you for your time.
