I have a very good experience with Ken’s Automotive. My inspection was due in two days so I called to confirm availability to get my car in. The drop off was easy. Pricing was clearly communicated. I received a follow up call to let me know what passed, what was needed, and what was recommended. Their location is a 15-minute walk from work making it easy to pickup but next time I will let it sit until I get off work. I spent half an hour driving around paying $20 for parking to get back to work.

They had a really great service, I told them my problem and they ran a test and gave me options. They were also super understanding, honest, and patient with me as well because this is my first car. Ken’s Automotive was awesome! I came in to get an inspection and had some brake issues. They were incredibly friendly, talked me through some potential causes of the issues. Once it was revealed that the problems with my brakes were more significant, they called me to update me on the cost and schedule. Despite the additional issues, I still got my car back in about a day and a half, and it is running great! I really appreciated their pricing breakdown for parts & labor of each aspect of the repairs and their professional and prompt communication. I will absolutely go back if I have issues again!

First time using Ken’s. Brought my 4X4 Mercedes Sprinter, the tall version in for a state inspection. I was a little concerned that they wouldn’t be able to inspect such a large vehicle but they said it was no problem. Inspection was finished in a few hours. I was also a little worried about my baby cause I just put a brand new paint job on the entire vehicle including the rims, which sometimes I’ve found garages to scratch the paint on the rims when checking the brakes. They treated my baby with care and it doesn’t have a single scratch on it from the inspection. They were also very friendly and surprisingly fast and reasonable price—wise. They get an A+ for service and quality of work. 10/10, would try again.
