I was faced with an ABS module replacement for my 2014 Ford Escape. The dealer could not get the part nor would install an aftermarket or used module. Through a friend, I was told to talk with Kevin at KC’s Auto in Vassalboro. What a great experience! Kevin was able to install another ABS module AND arranged for the required reprogramming of the electronics. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Kevin’s expertise and his team’s work ethic. I’ve put the word out to my family and friends that if you need any work on your vehicle, call Kevin first. I cannot thank my friend enough for pointing me to KC’s Auto repair. Kevin is fair priced and he knows his stuff. Thank you again Kevin.

I cannot thank Kevin enough for having me bring my car over to have him test drive it. He stopped what he was doing to help me. My car was making a loud sound. I didn't know what it was. Found out one of the tires was lose and another had loose lugnuts. He fixed it for me and took the time to explain it. I really appreciate him helping me when I needed it. I would recommend them to anyone! To add to this post... The place I usually go to called me. Kevin had followed up and called them to let them know what happened. They want to see my car for free to check damage that may have been to the rim. I informed them that I called to get an appointment sooner than the 20th as it was an emergency. So having them check everything for free on Monday. I can't say enough good things about Kevin. I so appreciate all his help and time.

I'm from out of town and my truck died in Augusta. This, like many autobody shops, are booked for months. Kc auto took the time to ask a customer if i could take their spot in line. Thankfully, that customer allowed me to take his spot. I didn't expect my truck to be fixed the same day it died, especially because im not from around here, but they did it! Thank you KC auto!
