Kaizen was amazing! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!! We were on a time crunch to get our car back and they kept us updated every day on the estimated completion date and remembered our specific situation! The quality of work was amazing and they offered to show us the car the few times that we stopped by to check in! Sheleen did a amazing job taking care of us…she needs a PAY RAISE!!

I recently visited Kaizen with vehicle scratches which I expected to require repainting at a significant cost. Curtis, the general manager recommended a much more efficient remedy which was done quickly and at a much reduced price. I highly recommend this business for its personal and honest customer service. A business quality that is often difficult to find!!

Kaisen is an outstanding repair shop in every regard. They are prompt, polite, thoughtful and went out of their way to initiate and complete our repairs. Their communication with us was amazingly good. The repairs were completed on time(actually ahead of schedule.) and were beautifully done. Our car was clean and spotless on return. I give Kaizen my highest recommendation!

Came here after a fender bender and Sheleen helped me at the front. She was wonderful and got me in and out faster than I expected and my car looks great! Would definitely come here again.

Fixed my car above & beyond necessary. They took me home & picked up after my car was finished. They washed it & detailed it as a courtesy. All employee's were helpful & easy to work with.
