Chris and your entire team in service dept went above and beyond to help me with my Ford e350 trunk RV 2025. I can honestly tell you, you were the only ones willing to help a distressed new owner of an RV, which I purchased with multiple problems. I even asked Chris for one of your license plate covers so I can take off the Original dealers plates!!! Incredible professional and caring service. Price couldn’t be beat. You’ll see me again.

I have a 1989 Ford F250 that I purchased at Jim Vreeland Ford. I also have a 2019 F250 Superduty but the metallic blue on silver 89’ is special to me. I’ve had the engine replaced years ago at this dealership and it’s also been repainted. It wasn’t running right recently and I did all that I could by replacing the fuel pump and so on. John Brown, the service manager and his crew figured out that the distributor needed to be replaced. They took their time with “Old Blue” as John calls her and I truly appreciate everyone’s hard work fixing this old classic truck for me! Sudden battery failure in my 2014 Escape the day after New Year's day and couldn't get help here in town. Called Vreeland Ford service and they got us in and out in remarkable time. John Brown in the Service Dept was wonderful and great help.

Jim Vreeland Ford is the Best Ford Dealer in and about the greater Santa Barbara area. Their sales group is excellent especially Michael Gamboian. He assisted my wife and I recently when we had an unfortunate issue with my wife’s Escape. His guidance and solution was greatly appreciated. At the same time he made an excellent deal on a new replacement vehicle. This was the third vehicle that we have purchased from Jim Vreeland Ford over the years and have been very satisfied with their honesty, and care for the customer. This professional care is in Sales and service. We highly recommend Jim Vreeland Ford.

This was our first time buying a car sight unseen, and I was very nervous about the process, but we had the best sales support in Alice who couldn't have made the deal any easier. She answered all my questions in a timely and thorough manner and understood all my concerns. The car we received was just as described and we were able to sign all the paperwork from home with their free delivery service. I would definitely buy again from this dealer.

Due to an unexpected conflict, the staff at Vreeland Ford were able to reschedule my smog appointment for later in the day. As I was nearing my DMV deadline, I was so relieved and grateful. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Truly a small town business with big town abilities!
