Juniors Tires #2 New & Used tires & More Services Introduce

Juniors Tires #2 New & Used tires & More Services, located at 8207 W Grand Ave, River Grove, IL 60171, USA, operates within the **Auto Repair Stations** category. This classification signifies that the business is primarily engaged in offering various services and selling goods pertinent to the maintenance and repair of vehicles, with a particular emphasis, as its name suggests, on tires. For local users in River Grove and surrounding communities, Juniors Tires #2 presents itself as a destination for both new and budget-friendly used tire options, alongside other potential automotive services.

The **environment** at Juniors Tires #2 evokes a mixed impression based on the provided customer feedback. One review enthusiastically describes the "Shop was super clean," which is a significant positive indicator for an auto repair station. A clean and organized environment often reflects professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer safety and comfort. This suggests that the physical space is well-maintained and conducive to efficient service. However, the varying nature of customer interactions, as detailed in the second review, suggests that the overall customer service environment can fluctuate. While one customer experienced a "gentleman that helped me was extremely polite and efficient," implying a welcoming and professional atmosphere, another encountered what they perceived as a less accommodating and unhelpful demeanor when questioning pricing. This indicates that while the physical premises may be kept to a high standard, the consistency of the interpersonal customer service experience might vary, which can profoundly impact a customer's perception of the overall environment.

The core **services** offered by Juniors Tires #2, as explicitly stated in its name, are centered around **new and used tires**. This includes **tire sales**, providing customers with options ranging from brand-new tires to more economical pre-owned selections. Beyond sales, they would undoubtedly offer essential tire-related services such as **tire mounting and balancing**, ensuring that tires are correctly installed and weighted for optimal performance and safety. **Tire rotation** to promote even wear and extend tire life would also be a standard offering. Furthermore, **tire repair** for punctures or other minor damages is a critical service for any tire shop. The "More Services" in their name implies that they may also provide other basic automotive maintenance or repair services that complement tire work. This could include, but is not limited to, wheel alignment, brake inspections, or even minor suspension checks, as these are often interconnected with tire performance. Their specialization in both new and used tires caters to a broad customer base with varying budget requirements and vehicle needs, a key differentiator for an auto repair station focusing on tire solutions.

The **features** of Juniors Tires #2, as gleaned from customer reviews, present a dichotomy. On the positive side, a prominent feature is the potential for **efficient and polite service**, as evidenced by the customer who found the staff "extremely polite and efficient" and expressed a strong intention to return and recommend the shop. This indicates a capability for delivering quick, professional, and courteous service, which is highly valued by customers seeking prompt resolution for their tire needs. The availability of both **new and used tires** is another key feature, offering flexibility and affordability to customers, especially those on a budget or looking for a temporary solution, as highlighted by the customer considering options for a car they were selling. However, a significant cautionary feature, also revealed through customer feedback, pertains to **customer interaction regarding pricing and perceived lack of flexibility**. The second customer's experience suggests a potential for unhelpful or even "ignorant" responses when pricing is questioned, leading to a negative perception of customer service and an unwillingness to explore cheaper alternatives or provide specific tire details. This indicates that while the technical service might be efficient, the communication and problem-solving approach in certain customer interactions might be lacking. For an auto repair station, clear and respectful communication, especially about pricing, is paramount to building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Regarding **promotional information**, the provided text does not contain any explicit details about current marketing campaigns or discounts offered by Juniors Tires #2. However, for a business within the **Auto Repair Stations** category, especially one focusing on tires, several common promotional strategies would likely be employed. Given their offerings, they might promote competitive pricing on both new and used tires, perhaps running seasonal sales on specific brands or offering bundled deals for tire purchases including mounting and balancing. Discounts on tire rotations or wheel alignments when purchasing a set of tires are also common. While the positive review suggests strong potential for word-of-mouth marketing, the negative review highlights the importance of consistent customer service for effective promotion. The availability of new and used tires is a promotional feature in itself, catering to different customer needs and budgets. Their contact information, including phone number (708) 395-5755 and mobile phone +1 708-395-5755, serves as the primary direct channel for inquiries and scheduling services. The address at 8207 W Grand Ave, River Grove, IL 60171, USA, makes them easily accessible to local residents seeking tire-related services. For Juniors Tires #2, leveraging the positive aspects of their clean shop and efficient service, while actively addressing and improving consistency in customer interactions, would be crucial for future promotional success and building a strong, reliable reputation in the River Grove community.

It's been a while since I purchased a used tire . Went on line to see options for new tires but since I'm getting rid of my car I just wanted to see what options were for used tires . Called told the guy are used tires really that expensive 50 dollars just for the used tire? He kind of didn't like me questioning the price but I'm the customer so I'm asking what kind of tire is it , he replied well I don't know ur tire size ok well I can give it to u . I explained a new tire I can go get for 60 dollars so I'm trying to understand the pricing instead of telling me let me see what we have in stock , let me check to see if we have any less expensive tires , let me get ur tire size instead he responds well maybe you should go get a new tire . Then looking at ur responses to people not happy is beyond ignorant . I don't care what good reviews u have my experience with u was crappy . I never do reviews especially bad ones I let it go but this here. But I did find an amazing tire shop Valles tires in Melrose park 25 for tire , install and gave the guy a 20 tip because the service was amazing. Maybe u can take some notes !

Hello Facebook family and friends, last night I got a flat in the parking lot at work. Today I went to auto zone for fix a flat and I encountered Mercedes; she was working the counter. When I went to purchase the fix a flat, she stated that if I have sensors that it would ruin the sensors. She recommended that I go to Junior’s tire shop in River Grove (8207 w Grand Ave) and talk to George. Upon arrival I spoke to George who had my tire fixed and ready to go in about a half an hour. The shop was nice and clean, George was very professional and courteous. I have some other tire related things to get done and I now know where to get them done. 5 stars for Junior’s tires #2. If you need any tire related work go see George. Ciao Ciao for now.

I think this poor guy has a very bad morning. His attitude was the worst. And the price for just putting a patch on the tire, too expensive, I understood why the place was empty, the only reason I paid for it was because I’m an uber driver and I needed to be fixed right away in order for me to continue working. Save your money and your time going somewhere else. Hilarious, the poor guy, who apparently is the owner had the nerve to answer back to my review. You know you attitude since the beginning was awful, so yes, you had attitude with your customers because you had it with me. And if you read your reviews carefully I’m not the first person who said you have a poor attitude. And believe me there’s many places around Chicago who only charge $20 for a patch. By the way not lied to customers just to look good yourself, it wasn’t $30, it was $35. Yes $5 more that I could use for other stuff, just because I paid with my debit card. Don’t be so pathetic, trying to look good yourself using even Gods name in vain when you know the place was empty at that moment. I don’t going to waist my time anymore answering you in here. And yes I will make sure people see this, so they don’t have the same experience as me. Take responsibility of what happened. And just to make something clear, I will never write something to damage no one. Good luck with your business.

What the freaking comments do I see with 1 star?! This is a great, family business tire shop, come on! I had a bad luck yesterday with my rear left tire (model Y), so it’s dead. And I was gonna change the car in a close future, so I needed a used tire and guys found it, and it was exactly my brand. Btw For those who understand the details - it was 10/32 (almost brand new!!). Highly recommend! 💪
