Horrible service! Like all the reviews written on this place the woman who works there is the worst! After talking to her and witnessing her talk down to the other employee there I decided to say “just put my tire back on” I’ll go somewhere else. I refuse to spend my money there! No reason to be hateful and rude to customers and employees.

I was at the shop just now and because of my steering wheel having vibration over 70 mph they gave me good advice on do not do a tier balance because my cars tier was a cheap brand, it would have been a waste of money. He helped me avoid wasting a lot of money.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and entitled. I would not patronize with them especially considering it’s 100 other tire shops nearby with better prices and customer service. Hernandez tire offered me a great price for a new tire.

Stopped by there yesterday had her look at my tire it had a leak but couldn't be plugged cause close to sidewall I understand she already had my tire off I asked her if she could put my spare on instead and she told me it would be $10 she was rude I said you have to put my other tire back on why not just put spare instead she still was riding arguing that be $10 cause it's not the original tire so I told her nevermind I went home changed it and I will never go there or recommend anyone else go there it's so rude

Rude customer service ask some questions about a tire I was needing and the person was rude telling me they don't check every thing on the tire and they don't sell bad tires it was a few questions
