The dents on the sides of my car were repaired well, and the paint job looked good upon pick up and has held up nicely in those areas. My work was done about two or three months ago. I've been intending to leave a review, but nonetheless wanted to give a positive feedback for the positive experience. The owner of the shop was attentive, he checked in to review what was done upon pick up and that my car was ready on time, thank you to him as well for the great customer service. I've had other family members who have had work done here as well and went based off their recommendation. Overall happy with the work and glad to have a shop I can return to when needed in the future.

I recently had my car repaired at Juanrry Auto Body Shop and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They thoroughly assessed the damage and gave me a clear estimate of the work needed, with no surprises. The repair process was quick, and I was kept updated with progress throughout. My car was ready sooner than expected, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The rear passenger side of my car was damaged and they did an excellent job of fixing the damage. Can't tell where the damage was. Excellent job!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Juanrry Auto Body shop. I took my vehicle in for a bumper repair job, and within a short time, the paint started peeling off. It’s clear they didn’t properly prime the new parts before painting, which is basic in any professional paint job. I tried calling the shop multiple times to find a solution, but I never got any helpful answers. When I finally spoke with the owner, he told me that they charged me less money because his employee made a mistake on the quote. Instead of owning up to their poor workmanship, he basically said I would have to pay again or nothing could be done. This is completely unacceptable—no customer should have to pay twice for a job that wasn’t done right in the first place. To make matters worse, the owner’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work or fair treatment.

I recently had my car painted at Juanrry Auto Body Shop (Union City), and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the work is outstanding, and my car looks brand new! Their expertise really shows. On top of that, the customer service was incredible – everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Brought my car here to get fixed after being hit while parked and my experience couldn’t have been better. Gave me the option of getting the part replaced or fixing it as it and I chose the latter, and the results were perfect. They were able to fix the damage within a day of work and it looked good as new!
