Amazing service. I brought my old LX470 and had a couple relatively major jobs done. Ralph is amazing and always suggests ways to save money. Ralph is a huge enthusiast and showed me his personal builds. So far I’ve experienced zero pressure-sales, and was even talked out of a service because Ralph knew my experience. Looking forward to more jobs!

Been coming here for years, I never ask for discounts , always paid my bill in full. However , lately they do not return phone calls or messages and do not follow up after saying they will. After saving for a major repair on my BMW they recommended it looks like my money is not good enough for JPR. Poor customer service.

Amazing staff at JPR. Totally transparent and very knowledgeable. I was referred by Jeremy and I’m very pleased with the quality of work performed. Dana and Ralph in the front office are awesome people and shout out to the hardworking mechanics in the shop. Experience was a 10 out of 10. Thanks y’all! Definitely recommend

My girlfriend and her son have both used JPR and were extremely happy with the service they received so I called and they had me come in then took it right back. I don't remember her name in the office but she was amazing and Jim that did the work was great too. He took me back and showed me what he was going to do before doing it. They are totally honest and do good work I will trust them completely with any future work.

Dayna the office host was not only friendly but had 16 years experience as a mechanic. Ralph completely professional and kind . Did my work for a third of what the dealership wanted! Major work done in less than 2 days! Highly recommended!
