Joy Automotive Service & Repair

I cannot say enough good things about Joy. They have provided service for everything from usual maintenance to full service requests when life has thrown me lemons. Most recently, I experienced a smash and grab, where my front passenger window was shattered. My insurance tried to push me to Safelite and Caliber Collision, which led me to unrealistic quotes and service times. Joy gave me the most competitive price with the fastest turn around time—why did I even consider anywhere else? The service is excellent (they even vacuumed the loose glass in my car) and prices are very fair. I’ve always felt as though the team was transparent and best in class, and this only proved my point.

Staff was very professional and welcoming Sergio he is in the office He greeted myself and my son with a handshake he was very polite great manners and explained everything in detail, he gave us a breakdown of parts and labor and was very accurate about how long the work would take I would highly recommend Joy Automotive. They definitely met our standards and in the end you get your car washed. Joy Automotive is our place to go every time if we have any problems with any of our vehicles. I would like to say thank you to the whole Joy Automotive team.

Joy Automotive is the best in my book! I was actually referred to them by another mechanic because I needed a Vehicle Safety System Inspection required for my vehicle by the DMV. This inspection was formerly known as the Brake and Light Inspection. It is quite extensive and take a long time to basically check all the systems in your car to make sure it is safe to drive. They were very thoughtful & thorough in their inspection. They also were very honest, transparent & upfront. My vehicle did need some work, which I knew going in I dealt with Omar. He was very courteous, honest & fair. They did not try to add on unnecessary repairs. They are also very reasonably priced. They performed the necessary repairs on my car very efficiently after the necessary replacement parts came in & washed my car before returning it to me as good as new. I am so grateful that I found Joy Automotive & in the future will go to them for all my automotive repair needs. And I will refer them to my friend & family. Go to Omar and tell him the tiny lady with the Honda Odyssey sent you!

Favorite Southern California mechanics; I’m regularly experiencing gratitude that the shop was recommended to me by a coworker. I’ve brought my car just after they’ve opened and the service is consistently excellent. Great place. Exceedingly expert, continually trustworthy; highly recommended.
