Sam was an amazing help. I called on Tuesday and he got back to me right away and we scheduled a pickup for Thursday. He was on time and gave me a price and stuck to it as well. Great service and communication! Highly recommend services if needed.

The driver was obviously new. When he finally got out of the air conditioned cab. He asked me if the car I was standing next to was the one to be towed. No, it’s the invisible one behind it. He immediately jumped into my car and cranked it up. He sat there revving the motor while I was yelling for him to shut it off. Your company was being paid handsomely to tow my vehicle to a repair shop because it had a bad water pump. There was no coolant in it. That was on my garage floor. The rationale behind having it towed was to avoid doing internal damage to the engine. He then had the audacity to inform me that it seemed to be running fine. I then proceeded to tell him that he was there to tow the car, not diagnose any problems. He then insisted that he was told that the car wouldn’t start. Then he took off with my car to deliver it to the shop at an address 37 miles away. I got a call from Midas informing me that they didn’t have any work order for my vehicle. No doubt! That’s not where it was supposed to be delivered.. I instructed Midas that they were not to touch my vehicle m and ask that they direct him to the repair shop very nearby. I don’t anticipate needing another tow, but if they were the last available towing company in Columbus, I will not be using them again. The repair shop was advised to let me know if the over zealous “ driver” had done any damage . I’m waiting to see what they find when they repair it. I thought the idiot was jumping in the car to straighten the steering wheel so he could load it. Then he cranked it up and against my demands that he shut it off immediately, he sat revving the engine anyway, gave me a thumbs up and said “ it runs great! “

I use their services before they were fast reliable their prices were good for the distance and hook-up fee they also explained to me that there was a tax in transaction fee and ask me if I would like a receipt in which they can do over the phone or email or written each of the people that I have dealt with from the first time the second time and the third time has all been great people thank you for your help and fast reliable services

Jordan towing in Columbus ohio is a SPEND TOWING SERVICE, they gave me a estimate time of arrival and when they seen that they wouldn't make it, they called me back and asked if it would be okay if they were 10 minutes behind their time because of traffic. To me, that's what a business is supposed to do. Adam is a awesome driver and very PROFESSIONAL. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOWING SERVICE.
