Well this place was convenient for the time seeing my car broke down just down the street, so I had it towed there , the staff was very friendly and allowed me to leave my car so that they can diagnose it properly, the diagnosis came back that it would be a hefty repair and unfortunately I was unable to come up with the funds to get the vehicle fixed, well during that time my keys and my vehicle stayed at this shop , I had the car towed home eventually and upon arrival when I opened my trunk of my car I realized that my personal valuable equipment was stolen I had numerous car audio speakers and items in my trunk brand new in boxes , I was in shock because the car was not broken into it was on the shop property and they were the only ones who had access to it and my trunk , I honestly would have given a better rating because they were friendly in person to me however the staff or employees there took advantage of a customer by stealing their stereo equipment and that is not cool , I unfortunately will make a police report and report this to the BBB , I hope the owner of this shop finds who did this to me and fires that employee(s) Thank you.

These people are crooks, liars and thieves. Took my car up there during the rain just to simply get my brakes bled. Right off the bat Sam and his son are talking worst case scenario it's going to cost me over 800 bucks main cylinders busted whatever. Took my car home and bled the brakes everything's fine. I used to trust Sam and use him as my mechanic when he was down in stallions, but stopped going there when he let his son pretty much take over. I knew right away he was a liar. Now Sam and his son own this place in Cherry valley and they're both crooked, stay away save your money.

drove 2 hours to pick up a large peice of furniture in this shops area. Upon arriving in the area I realized my tailgate was stuck upright so I could not load anything. Stopped by this shop to see if they would help me get it down. I offered to pay a small fee for their work. The guy who looked at my truck told me it would be at least 3 hours of labor because they had to take my bed panel off and look at it to see what broke. I don't know much about cars and did not have the time to wait that long so I drove back home without my furniture. When I got there, my dad looked at my tailgate, removed 8 screws, and had the tailgate down for me in 5 minutes. I'll say it again, five minutes. That is literally all I asked the shop to do and would have happily paid $50 at the time to do it. I don't know much about cars and I spent more than that in gas for my wasted trip. Instead these guys wanted to try to screw me and make me pay hours of labor. So either they had no idea what they were doing, or they were just trying to take complete advantage of me. Either way, I do not recommend them.

I was referred to Jordan's by several people that live in my area as a good Toyota mechanic. They replaced an axle that had cracked, changed out the transmission fluid & replaced some filters. They had quoted less than other estimates that I had gotten & still came in under the estimate they had given me before I dropped off my car. I've returned since for a tire repair. All work has been done very well and in a timely manner. 4 stars instead of 5 only because some of the people that answer the phone could be a little more customer friendly. I would definitely recommend Jordan's just have patience with the people on the phone :)
