Jones Towing and Storage

I was fortunate to have David as my Roadside Dispatch Assistant tonight. What began as simple jump start, turned out to be a burnt fusible link-wire to the starter. David was knowledgeable, and had the patience to see the repair through. I made my destination safe and sound after getting a temporary fix. Thanks David, Jones Towing and AAA. Chris O'Donnell.....

I had a dead battery & requested help through AAA. I was told it would take an hour for someone to get to me. But within 10 minutes David showed up in his tow truck. He was very friendly, helpful, patient (especially because I am a senior citizen) & efficient. He determined my battery was very dead & he installed a new one for me. He even helped me reinstall my security code because I had no idea what to enter. It only took a short time before I was on the road again. Thank you, David! I really appreciated your service!

Going home to NorCal from San Diego while pulling a trailer, we noticed a significant issue with the right rear wheel of our truck on I-5, shortly before the W Panoche exit. Called AAA and they sent out Jones Towing. Responsive, courteous, and excellent service .. thank you, Christian!

My sister & I were on our way to Hanford when her car broke down driving through a back road. Kevin from Jones Towing took the service call & was a total blessing. We had been waiting for 2 hrs after we called AAA. We had initially called for a battery issue but it turned out it wasn't & it had to be towed instead which meant we had to call AAA back & ask for a tow service this time. Kevin had to leave to his next service call but didn't get far because he called in & turned back to take our tow request too. He said he couldn't out of good conscience leave us out there alone again when we already waited 2 hrs. Kevin saved the day for us & went above & beyond to help us. Thanks again Kevin. We appreciate it so much! We will recommend you & Jones Towing to all our friends & family for your kindness & compassion!
