THIS GUY IS A JOKE. WEN I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO HIM HE DIDN'T SAY HE'LL CHARGE ME TO DRIVE AROUND THE BLOCK TO LISTEN TO A NOISE. SO I DIDN'T THINK HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME ANYTHING. BUT WEN I WALKED BACK TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE HE CHARGED ME $50. I ASKED WAT DID U DO WAT DID U FIX FOR THE $50 HE SAID IT'S MY TIME. I SAID WAT DID U DO JUST DRIVE IT AROUND THE CORNER HE SAID YEA. I SAID I EXPECTED U TO GO UNDER THE VEHICLE AND CHECK AND MAKE SURE THAT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING FALLING OFF OR ANYTHING WRONG AND HE JUST WALKED AWAY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS JACKAZZZZ TO ANY1. $50 BUCKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, AND MY GAS. WAT A JOKE....

Drove the vehicle away with more get up and go, than when I first drove this vehicle for my boss. The price was a little high, but still reasonable. For a vehicle that pulls trailers in excess of 10,000 lbs consistenly, the transmission was bound to go out. As far as I know, we have not had any problems with the new one at all.

The man that runs this shop truly knows his craft. Serviced my truck that has 156k miles on it and now it drives like it has 20 miles on it. Very professional, very prompt. highly recommended this shop!

I'm glad others were happy. I was treated well enough. When asking for a part, I was told it could vary and I would get a call back. When they call me, I was told $225. Cool. Autozones out of stock at 160 ( after core return of 30) and orielly at 320.. not a bad deal. Glad they called back quickly with information. My problem comes the day it's time to pay up. I'm told it was another 40 on top of the cost. Overnight frieght. No core return, but they keep my core. I could have waited, or maybe that was the only way, but they obviously had the information when they called back about the price when placing the order. I should have been informed of the true price. Not a horrendous ripoff, but left a bad taste in my mouth. I go to collect my part, and it's sitting on the floor, with the core inside the box I paid for. I ask for something to put it in, and he gave me a Walmart bag. Nevermind the box right next to it. How about the core you keep for free goes in the bag and the customer gets his product still in the box. Polite, sure. But I don't like the way the business was done. They could be best mechanic in world, for all I know. I have no hard feelings but that was my experience.
