I am being towed as I write this. They are charging me $400!!! To go a few miles to a local tire repair shop. They said it was $185 to go to their place but then I’d have to tow it again from there. Or they’d repair it. And rip me off that way. This is such a classic scam!!

I was in a minor fender bender where my car was drivable, it was just lifted up off the ground and I just needed someone to pull it off the knocked-over pole. Rather than do that - the “common sense, cheaper, faster & easier” way - the tow driver decided it was “better” (for the company’s bottom line to pull the car off the pole AND tow it back to the main lot, which was then going to cost me $480. I stated I had AAA roadside assistance and could get the tow for free. They stated there was some “bogus” time limit that I had to be out of there by - meanwhile this was at midnight with zero traffic around, and In collusion with the police, the police would not let me call AAA which would’ve been free. They also wouldn’t let me ride with tow driver, which after 35yrs driving was something they always allowed back then, to get back to the lot easier, and so this time I had to figure out my own way to get there, mind you w/a bad back. I finally made it after an hour, and as if paying the $480 wasn’t bad enough the battery “apparently died” and they charged me another $25 fee to jumpstart it, and that was with me telling them I had a portable jumpstarting machine inside the vehicle… This company is just a money-hungry quick cash grab service that won’t allow a customer to gather any of their belongings and instead nickel and dime you until the very last minute driving the car off their lot. What an absolutely bunch of scam artists - y’all give a truly bad name to the towing business.

Rude receptionist. They made entire experience difficult with them. As a business owner myself, I'd recommend they train staff on customer service. The tow truck driver was awesome. The response time was great. They refused to tow to closest tire place and then delayed the process at the shop.

Card machine is down so I had to pay in cash but thankfully they informed me of this before I came in to pick up my car. Holding fee is $45 per night plus some additional charges that were about $250 so altogether it ended up being pretty pricey. But all of the staff are very friendly and easy to work with

terrible tow yard couple years ago they impounded one of my historic vehicles for having my back bumper over a line , I get it. no fight no complaint paid the fee got to see my car come to realize there was damages to the fiber glass tail light housing and tail light I submitted my form for damages was told I’ll be contacted never was I built the car my self so figured what ever I’ll deal with it as of recently couple days ago 2 of my cars were impounded back to back my daily truck I just purchased and a Volkswagen I built from a bare shell lots of rare parts for what ever reason impounded , to keep it short I got them out same day , I was not allowed to inspect or enter vehicles unless I paid the fees after payment come to realization they slid my VW front passenger wheel either against the curb or the rail of the flat bed these are expensive wheels not a single damage on them the car is little lowered but nothing crazy as for it’s winter time and I like driving in comfort , aside from my front wheel they also kinked my exhaust tips my car turned on I drove home and it was smoking from front radiator my front oil cooler is leaking , very badly and dl car refuses to turn on now after getting it home . I’ve never had starting issues with this car aside from that my 2010 ford ranger was also towed never had a single light on my dashboard now I have abs and traction light on I voiced my concerns and complaints still given the same bull**** paper to fill out and was told I’ll be contacted I have no fait so I called cops filed report and will be in contact with insurance I have not been reached out to and it’s been 5 days so far . I’ve been towed many times before never had issues like this including towed from turnpike by same tow yard with same VW through AAA service and never had any issues both my cars were taken 3:45-4:30 am they dragged my rwd truck and that’s why the abs and traction control light are on and the have 0 f***s about my built up project car causing lots of damages I’ve worked for towing company’s there’s nice ways and wrong ways to removing cars from the bed or unhooking I believe VW was pulled by axels or control arms dropped on its front end damaging my oil cooler and radiator where smoke / fog was coming from after driving it home and now it don’t turn on and they probably used the same flat bed to haul both cars putting the 2010 rwd ford ranger on the 5th wheel causing the dead end to get damaged now throwing abs and traction control lights upon talking to cops the tow truck drivers name was Jorge I believe he said I’m now waiting for a response from said supervisor “ Henry “ i understand what ever situations that took place for the vehicles to be impounded but they had proper documentation and insurance there’s a right way and wrong way of doing your job Jorge gave 0 fucks and damaged 2 vehicles Henry most likely will not reach out to me , ive never been one to wrote a review . but I am furious and someone needs to pay for these damages for the costs I paid to get my cars back out not even 12 hours later they should’ve providing expert service and inflicting no damages to vehicles their yard is jam packed and they pack cars barely inches apart from each other I nearly came out of pocket $1000 for both my cars and one to be towed to my lot I can’t imagine the costs of diagnosis and relapses + labor for these two vehicles . this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable . I have photos of my cars the day before being towed literally the night before when I parked them , no damages and no warning lights all were submitted to cops , Now both are messed up and I’m out of two cars not trying to drive them until I know what’s up and hopefully not causing more damages if I can give less then one star I would
