Had motor work done cost me $3,400 didn't know the Equinox was having problems with their motor's grant you it's a 2014. Ok got my car fixed went to add window washer fluid it all ran out. Too it back to let them know that my house was disconnected, they say it might be something else. I knew what it was but tried to make like it was something else. No they forgot to clamp my hose back up. Find out it had been disconnected. So why they charge me $85 to put a $4.95 clamp on. . I want a reimburse. I will continue to give bad reviews. They were under the hood not me

My car was in service from 5/30/22 - 6/24/22 because it wouldn't turn on. Had to get it towed back to the shop today (6-27-22) because of the same problem. I knew it needed a Starter but somehow they couldn't figure it out and they just called me and said it's going to be $1700 to replace the starter after having my car for a month and after I've already paid them $1100 for nothing and another $1200 for a rental car cuz they said they don't have any loaner cars to give while my car is being serviced. This is ridiculous and I will definitely find another shop to take my car for future repairs
