Was referred to this body shop by my mechanic and I was extremely pleased about the results of my repair... I own a "high end" car, an only wanted to be serviced by a company with "high end car" experience... they are a very busy shop, but they're GOOD, so what do you expect? Bottom line it was well worth the wait... you don't want your vehicle rushed

Do not go here if you really care about your car. My car was in an accident and it was towed here. I was going to take it to the shop I’m used to going to? But the owner told me to leave it there and it was in good hands and he would slide me off a couple bucks when it was done. Car was done and everything seemed fine (car is garage kept barely driven) took it out after a while and I noticed the car was making noises and the suspension seemed iffy. Went back to the shop and this guy got me going through loops to check the car out saying he has to check the invoices (it’s been months since I asked for the invoices) and never got anything. He doesn’t pick up my calls or anything so anytime I need to speak to him I have to leave work early to stop by the shop and catch him. Took it to another shop and they told me struts or strut mount were never replaced when the repairs were in clear need of suspension. My car has been sitting and this guy does not seem to want to do right by me. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!!!

In the process of getting my vehicle fixed by them. Unfortunately, I was in an accident yesterday April 26th, 2019, because of a reckless driver. I appreciated the help and generousity of the staff. This was my first accident, and the staff walked me through the process of getting my car fixed which I highly appreciated. As I said before, I'm still in the process of doing business with them, and my thoughts and rating might change (I hope it doesn't). I will update this as time goes by.
