I would rate service bad but the service never happened. I wasted 2 days home from work and had to finally cancel after zero communication from anyone at Jim's. From the booking of the appointment to the final cancellation, I did not receive 1 phone call from the Jim's regarding anything. My favorite part was the call I MADE where I was told by the person answering the phone "I don't know anything about it." The service people showed up day 1 and said repair couldn't be done due to rain. On day 2 i received zero calls regarding even a ball park time. I contacted office and was given zero info other than "they're coming." I asked when and was told 1 hr. I called back in 1 hr after no call and no show. The person on the phone was rude as if it was my fault. She then hung up on me. Service cancelled and gave all info to dealership that recommended. side note, 2 young men who showed up on 1st day were not rude and were helpful.

My wife and I had a window installed onto our Sprinter van. We worked with Greg and he was a pleasure to work with. Him and his team put in this window in less than a day and their work is pronominal, we couldn't be happier. We will certainly be going back to J.S.S for any future modifications for our vehicles.
