Car was running when took it with the understanding the warranty from previous owner had on part then picked car up barely made it home n now car doesn’t run very upset! Under the understanding that the part was gonna be replaced by us taking the car out there and then they did something completely different. I guess taking the part out and cleaning it instead of replacing the part without even calling me to get permission to do that so irritating because now we have a vehicle that don’t even run which probably put us in a debt with trying to get this car repaired now. And with all these mistakes that were made not even willing to fix the problem that obviously wasn’t prior to taking it there. It’s like an argue match. I’m not one to argue. This is completely sad. I was told to bring it back out there. Have it towed out there. I was told to have it towed For them to just look at and charge me over $100 for a diagnostic for a problem that was already diagnosed and took to them that was supposed to be under a warranty and covered makes no sense to me. No Josh did not try to call me back! I have been waiting for over a week for his return call after he stated he was going to go back and review the recorded phone call from the beginning. This is a tragedy for my 17 year old daughter and I. My thing is why tell us to bring the car in because Yes it had the warranty in which i was never told it wouldn't cover the new owner. we would have never brought it! There was nothing wrong with the car except the light on for the mass sir flow sensor. then afterwards of having possession of the car, I still never got a call before anything was done to it telling me that the warranty wouldn't cover it for us the new owners. then who ever took it upon themselves "to be nice" and told me they took the mass air flow n fuel throttle out to clean it out of kindness STILL WITH NO PHONE CALL TELLING ME THAT THIS WAS WHAT WAS GOING TO BE PERFOREMED! THE ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS US CALLING IN THE FIRST TIME WITH FULL DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE CAR AND WARRANTY OF PREVIOUS OWNERS then the next day a call to come pick it up. After picking it up n trying to make it home we later found out that the prongs to the air flow where bent as if it was shoved in forcefully and other things as well. This has devastated us to the fullest mentally and financially! We have had a chain of events happen just because there was NO communication and the little that there was nothing was truthful and so far I've had to max out credit cards so fare of 1,160.01 to pay for repairs and the car still has more to go now with another 2.000 to go to get it back running. somewhere some how someone messed up all around and now we are the ones to pay for it! sad thing is that we have heard nothing but good things about the Owner but he isn't the one to blame he didn't take my initial call nor do I believe he was the one who handled the car but one or more of his employees did. I would rather that I speak to Scott rather than anyone else sense I have NOT received the call back yet from anyone else. True facts of this situation is clear if the initial call in about the warranty on the mass air flow was told in that call I would have had the opportunity to make a decision rather or not to bring it and just pay for the part to be replaced under a whole new warranty instead of all this mess that has accrued from the out come of that not happening. Mr. Scott you have our number!

Abs unit went out in my car. Josh and the crew got me right in and fixed up, when every other shop I talked to said at least 2 weeks for the repair. My car has a lot of miles on it and is 15 years old. A month later another issue arose, and again they were able to get me right in and fixed up the next day. Communication was clear and they got me back on the road . I have nothing but respect for these guys. They have done a great job every time I've been there.

This company is one of the best I have dealt with in my over 50 years of owning a car. My car still stalls (2018 Chevy Cruze) occasionally when it comes to a complete stop but eventually Hudson Automotive WILL find what is causing this. Even the Chevrolet dealership can't find what is causing this. Their prices are below what most of the other companies charge. An example is an oil change with synthetic oil normally is $90 plus at other places and at Hudson Automotive it is around $59 including the tax. I will be a repeat customer.
