Took my car in for routine maintenance and some advice for any winter prep needed. The techs were super friendly, knowledgeable, gave good sound advice, and even showed me reading etc. to better explain what was or wasn’t needed. The pricing was good, it was done timely, and everything works great. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing good quality service. Thanks!

I've just changed my rating from five stars to one. Let me tell you why... I went in for an oil change & tire rotation in the middle of July. I knew I had a very slow leak in my right front tire (I had filled it twice in the previous month). Approximately 2 weeks after my Jiffy Lube service, the low pressure tire light went on. Well, I checked the back left tire, where I expected the tire to be. It was fine. So, I checked the rear right. It was fine. I checked the left front, and it too was fine. Lastly, I checked the right front, and it was low. How could it be low if the tires were rotated 2 weeks before? I returned to Jiffy Lube and was given a bunch of malarkey. The technician said there is a video of the service. I said, "Great, I would like to see that." He proceeds to show me a PICTURE of himself standing in front of my vehicle, and expected me to accept that as proof that the tire rotation was done. He then tried convincing me that the service was done; however, ALL the evidence showed it had not been done. A photo of him standing in front of my car is not proof. I insisted he rotate the tires properly since I paid for the service. He did so, reluctantly, trying to convince me that my tires were going to wear improperly if he rotated them. Three weeks later, my tire light went on again, and this time, it was the rear left tire that was low, as it should have been. I have no confidence in their service now, especially considering the technician did not accept responsibility for the error or oversight. He did not apologize for the inconvenience of my having to have to go back there to have a service done that was paid for and not done. I am sharing the experience to make folks aware and not to be a "complainer." I like to compliment, not complain. Addendum: beware of the up-selling of filters.

Stopped in 5 minutes before opening. Greeted right away and told they were opening in 5 but that I could wait inside. Turns out they didn't have the BMW oil filter but they got one delivered in 10 minutes from nearby parts store. I also had a coupon for $25 off a synthetic oil change but the code wouldn't work but the guy at the counter found me another coupon which was greatly appreciated and will likely bring me back here for all future oil changes. With coupon I was out the door in 30 minutes for $105, 50% less than the dealer charges.

So here’s the thing I walked in thinking that I was going to only spend like maybe $150 for an oil change but these guys did such a great job running the diagnostic showing me the filters and I could see them through the window, so I know that it wasn’t like they were going to be ripping me off or anything. And they didn’t even have the filter but they put it in for free when I came back around because the AutoZone is just right up the street. I ended up getting the front and rear differential taken care of as well and I think it was well worth the price because if I had gone to a dealership, I know for a fact that it would’ve been super expensive. So overall had a lovely experience with John, and I feel a lot better about not getting ripped off because of the transparency and the windows and yeah, it was just a great experience. They also replace my windshield wipers for free because I had some in the car. Which I thought was very nice. We spent a total of about $360 for just the oil change, the front and rear differential. And it was a Dodge ram 1500.
