I arrived early Saturday morning with a unique emergency. 1st - I’m so happy that there are weekend hours. I arrived at 7:30 AM after worrying the whole night. The entire back door of my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid fell off it’s hinges (the broke entirely!) I was traveling and visiting from out of town and needed to drive 1000 miles home. Thankfully Doug with good humor accessed my vehicle and was able to take care of my situation in just 45 minutes! They were able to make it safely drivable for my journey. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership - I wish this was my home location!
