Those guys who work behind the desk are totally unprofessional. They don’t have any respect for their customers. I told the guy that you forgot to put a label. What’s going on? And he responded very aggressively OKAY MAN! I HEAR YOU! He sounded like he would come across the counter and start a fight. I would totally avoid going to this location. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Stay away unreasonable prices I went in for an oil change assuming it was going to be anywhere from $60 to $70. I was charged $120 for an oil change. What a scam and terrible stuff

We came here regularly for maintenance on our cars until today. I went in for a brake change that I have called and talked to them about for a week. They stated the service should take an hour to hour and half. I checked on the car an hour later and the parts still had not been ordered. The mechanics were not able to order the brakes within the 1 hour the car had been there and the manager didnt assist until it had been an hour. No one informed me until I inquired on the status. After speaking to multiple people I was given different reasons as to why the parts had not been ordered. Honestly it is a bunch of teenagers running the shop. An hour of wasted time and time taken off of work for something that I couldn't have done. No one has consistent answers on hours of when services can be completed. Do not recommend for anything other than oil changes.

Came here for a brake inspection and after the inspection was done my brake felt funny after so I asked my brother to check it out and they kinked my brake caliper hose as see in the picture. Bad service done bring your car here they won't put it back to together right lazy!!! Jose was the days manager.

I don't trust any Jiffy Lube with anything major including an oil change anymore, but I thought a Jiffy Lube would be fine for a headlight lamp change. Unfortunately, the crew here thought it was an electrical problem because, they said, they got the bulb to flicker on. After they returned my vehicle to me, the bulb was not on. They said they couldn't work on electrical problems. I took the issue to a Firestone, and they determined it was just the bulb with one filament weak, and changed it. We'll see in the long run, but I suspect they're correct. JL also offers headlight cleaning service, to remove old yellow film. The crew here didn't even know that, despite it being a listed offering on the JL website and even on the rotating video in the waiting room. They did "find" a cleaner, though, and did the job, pretty well if not perfect, maybe as much as could be done. They were surprised by the results themselves! All the mechanics were young, I suspect not much over 20 years old. Look, they were personable and respectful enough, but this is not professional-level work yet; you gotta know that going in.
