A friend told me how he was bamboozled out of 1500 bucks and these people still don’t know how to fix the problem. He’s getting his car ready for emissions and he has come in to bring his car in on 3 different occasions. The first time, they said an oil change could help the issue they did and he paid 135 dollars for that. Second time, he goes in and they ask for 1300 dollars to fix oxy sensor, oil leak, and air intake, and practically guaranteed that this would work also he had to pay 150 dollars for a smoke test… a smoke test. Any way, he pays to get it fixed and Bill is still asking more money for another smoke test AND money to fix whatever he didn’t catch the first TWO TIMES. this is incompetency to it’s extreme. When my friend started pointing it out, the manager Bill laughs in his face and goes on an empty argument about semantics when my friend is just trying to fix his car. This place will gather all of your money and blame you for what is wrong and ask for more money. Please don’t go here if you want a problem to be solved.

If you are reading this then I'm sure you'll read a ton of other reviews about Mike and his knowledge/great service. Well Mike and his teams service does not disappoint and is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back despite the fact there are 5 other tires places within a miles distance. Thanks for the great service and delivering as promised each time

Went to get my Audi brakes repaired. Bill took the car checked the car out told me what needs to be done and this was all within a hour in half ( 4 sets of brakes and 4 sets of rotors) fantastic work and a reasonable price im most definitely going back

Great place to take your car. Mike and the rest of the staff did a great job. Mike was great at explaining what needed to be done and why. I felt like he really cared about doing the best job he could for me. I definitely will bring my car there exclusively. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone. They just moved across the street to a new location. I was there today. Looks like a good move. Good luck in your new location.

Please Do NOT!!!!! GO HERE, For Any Maintenance This Place is a Joke absolutely unprofessional, I went in for an oil change for my Chevy 2022 Suburban and I was told I needed a Brake Flush and a coolant flush or my car would break down as soon as I basically left the lot because my fluid “was” black. Well guess what they lied just to make their money. After one week of bringing my truck here my lights all started going on. Check engine light, break lights Abs etc.. my truck wouldn’t allow me to go over a certain speed. I contacted the store to let them know what was going on and all this Mario guy kept saying was bring your truck in it’s probably your breaks, we can change your breaks right now if you come now. Just another thing he wanted to charge me on this is what they do to get you to come back Well the next day I go drop my kids off at school and my breaks go out I couldn’t stop at an intersection I had to drive into the curve in order to stop. I got my truck towed to sunrise Chevy. Come to find out whoever did the break flush didn’t do it correctly, my break fluid was contaminated and they damaged my master cylinder. Now of course I want to be reimbursed with all this I had to pay for out of pocket so I reached out to the district manager “Mario” I provide him with all the paper work from the car dealer and he said he would contact me back. And we are about 3 weeks in and he has yet responded to my emails because that’s where I wanted all communication to be done on. Next step now is I will be filing a lawsuit against this car ex location in Hanover park. Again please go elsewhere I only went here because I thought it was Merlin’s still but I guess they took over this location recently. But they will damage your vehicle do not trust them with anything not even an oil change!!!!
