This has to be one of the best Jiffy Lube’s I’ve ever been to. It is clean, updated organized and well run. I went on a day when they had just finished up the only other car they were working on and they did fantastic work. It was very quick And they made sure to check my history and that saved me lots of time. The staff was helpful. They pulled my car up out front when it was done, and they even opened the door for me on the way out. If there were six stars, I would’ve given six out of five for this place well done I will be back!

Stopped by again to Jiffy Lube of Magnolia and again I'm blown away by the service and friendly atmosphere. I told Steve I had an unexpected trip due to death in the family and he and the crew got me in and out quickly, professionally and made me feel like part of their family. Been using Jiffy Lube for years but this location in Magnolia NJ is really top notch. Best I've found.

I’ve been a repeat customer at this location (six oil changes, to be exact) & never encountered any issues before. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case today. Upon arrival, Christopher L. is directing me into the bay & was immediately arrogant & condescending with his instructions. I was the only patron there & seemed to be an annoyance to him, based on his attitude. Once my oil change was completed, I had to specifically request the service notification be cleared from my dashboard - which I’ve never had to do in the past. That took a few minutes to figure out (previous techs always managed it with ease). I’m given a total of $125.27 & presented a $25 off coupon. I left & made it half way home, before I realize the $25 “discount” wasn’t applied & I was charged the full amount. Now, I’m forced to turn around & drive back. I’m rightfully irritated at this point. I’m standing inside waiting, while the employee who processed my payment attempts to get the computer to work. As Chris sits there with a smug smirk on his face - I express my frustration with how he conducted himself to begin with. He justifies his behavior & continues to respond in a demeaning tone, seeing no issue with his lack of professionalism or customer service skills. Hopefully he learns how to properly interact with women & the general public, before successfully driving even more business away. I’m issued a full refund (which takes 3-5 days to process) & they attempt to charge the new amount. Instead of simply refunding the $25 that I was overcharged. Resulting in more than $220 of my money being withheld, because of this transaction. No apologies or regard for my time or inconvenience. Just ignorance & incompetence. Needless to say, I won’t be returning & will go to the Cadillac dealership in the future & actually be treated with respect & decency - for the same price. The purpose of Jiffy Lube, is supposed to be a quick & hassle free experience. However, that obviously shouldn’t be an expectation moving forward.
