Service with an attitude. They will also make up rules that don’t exist. The worst part is they have multiple people who don’t know anything about cars and I’ve seen them lie to customers and sell them things they don’t need instead of doing the right thing and recommending them see a shop.

He greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately offered to help diagnose the issue. Not only did he test my battery for free, but he also explained my options in a way that actually made sense. Need new windshield wipers and no waiting? Go to Autozone and Colleen and Dale will quickly find the correct ones for your car and quickly install them for free! They had several price points for the wipers. My friend got a new battery there last year which they installed for free as well. I was literally there for a total of 5 minutes. Very professional as well as friendly!

I came to this location because another gave me an incorrect part. Maquanda And her manager Steve were so helpful. Their customer service was awesome. If you’re looking for an autozone that’ll have all your parts and great customer service, This is the place to go! Ask for Maquanda she was so patient and kind, very informative. Steve is always nearby being vigilant assisting his team and other customers. 10/10 experience!!
