Got my oil changed yesterday only for my car to have no oil less than 24 hours later. Called and told them I was stuck in a parking lot with no oil and couldn’t drive my car and needed someone to come help. Myesha on the phone was extremely rude and had horrible customer service, I was in disbelief with how she tried to handle this situation with a returning customer. She told me it’s not their problem (when it’s entirely their fault) and how they don’t come to you and told me to bring my car there. I said “how can I drive a car without oil?” She then hung up on me. After getting corporate involved, the Paoli Jiffy location manager came and saved the day. They broke the oil filter gasket and that’s why it all leaked out. Not to mention, last time I was there I got a new cabin air filter which they put in the wrong way and it therefore bent. I let that go as mistakes happen but after my engine could have blown and how they handled this situation, I will not be going to this location ever again. It’s a shame as I was a customer at this location for over 2 years, and a Jiffy lube customer for 9 years.

Where do I start? This location just about ruined my vehicle. 1. They left a wench in my engine, which caused damage to my engine fan. 2. Found (2) red hand rags. 3. Used the wrong oil for my vehicle. DO NOT USE THE LOCATION. YOU ARE RUNNING AT THE RISK OF DAMAGE LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE IN THEIR HANDS.

I’m stunned - I’ve never been to a Jiffy Lube, only ever private mechanics or the dealership. My best friend insisted I go for an oil change and I couldn’t believe that with no appointment (none necessary) I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. Nate took care of me throughout, made me feel super comfortable, welcome, and reassured. He even set me up for what to expect when I return for future services which I will absolutely come back to them for. I gotta say, as a woman, it was also super cool to see a woman working there also. Thank you so much to Nate and the team for taking such good care of my car, Jean Forte!

The staff is always super friendly everytime I go there for an oil change. The guy at the front always talks to me and makes me feel welcomed! On top of that, they get the job done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price, and explain everything that they're doing. I really feel like they want what's best for me and not just my money
