I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost 4 years, and honestly, this review has been a long time coming. A couple of years ago, the manager, Matt, had a terrible attitude and would often be seen smoking rather than helping his staff. His return to the job hasn’t been any better, with the same unpleasant demeanor, yelling and cussing. Fast forward to December 2024, I went in for an oil change and requested that they fill up my tires. An older employee was happy to do so, but in the process, he broke my wheel covers. To my surprise, instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me for it, saying my tires were old and needed replacing anyway. Had he just apologized, I probably wouldn’t have made a big deal of it, but his rude behavior set the tone. After the service was completed, he sent me on my way. I reached out to Isaiah, an employee I knew from school, and explained the situation. The manager overheard and attempted to resolve the issue by offering to reimburse me for new wheel covers. He assured me multiple times that they’d take care of it. I went to AutoZone, bought new wheel covers, and when I returned, the manager took a photo of my receipt, told me they’d reimburse me, and promised it would be processed within a couple of weeks. Well, it’s been nearly two months, and I’ve heard nothing. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the workers including their hiring process with their managers, and I’m officially taking my business elsewhere. They’ve lost a loyal customer, and I won’t be returning.
