Love the employees, there all very nice! The inside waiting room definitely can use some remodeling I’ve been going there since I was a kid and never seen any get renovated! It’s definitely more motivating to go somewhere that is comfortable to wait in!

This shop is down the street from my house Is very convenience for me, they do a good job they explained if something else is needed. The offered service or it's up to us to take the car somewhere else very convenience.

Yesterday was my first time at this location, and I had an all around great experience! They got me in right away, did the oil change plus replaced my air filter quickly, and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be back for my next oil change!

The guy who greeted me could not tell me how much it would cost for the oil change. Told him I had been here a couple . The manager intervened and was helpful and courtesy was expecting that from the technician

I've gone to this location quite a few years with both of my vehicles and have never had a problem. Seems like a lot of new employees when I go, but everyone has always been courteous. I've only gotten oil changes and radiator flushes, and I install my own air filters to save a few bucks. The only issue I've run into is the manager saying he doesn't need the coupon that gets emailed to me, as they've got it figured out already. They still vac the interior and clean the windows....no problems!

Horrible service 0 stars! Very poor experience! I want my money back and they lied on my service received report! They were going to let me leave without telling me my coolant was empty I had to tell them to check my other fluids and I had to tell them to check my tires for me. My 25$ off coupon wasn’t accepted it was the worst experience I’ve ever received getting an oil change. Very

Brought in a coupon for Signature Service $21 off. They refused to honor it saying it was for synthetic oil even though it didn't say that anywhere on the coupon. They may have saved $21 on their oil change but I'm never going back to Jiffy Lube again. I'm sure they've lost more than that from me. Sad faced emoji
