E & E Tires

I had an appointment with this tire shop at 8 a.m. to get my brakes changed and four new tires installed. The person in charge told me it would take a maximum of two hours. So, I called them around 1:15 p.m. to check on the status, and the person I spoke to said my car wasn't ready yet but to give them five more minutes since they were almost done. Ten minutes later, they called to say my car was ready for pickup. When I went to pay, I received my invoice and keys, and as I walked to my car, I noticed that the tires hadn't been changed. The person in charge came outside and said, "Oh, we forgot to change the tires, but we’ll do it right now." They also said they'd need to do an alignment after putting on the new tires. When I asked if the alignment had already been done, he said they’d already done it when they changed the brakes, but that didn’t make sense to me. I’m honestly confused about the service. I don’t understand why it took so long when I dropped off my car at 8 a.m., and by 1:50 p.m., they were just getting around to changing the tires. It’s frustrating because before charging me and handing over the keys, they should’ve made sure everything was completed. It feels like there’s no real oversight on the work being done, and I could have easily walked away without checking. I gave them one stars because they eventually changed everything, but I’m not confident in the quality of service.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! I went to get a simple oil change this morning and I had a appointment and ended up waiting over a hour for a damn oil change are u serious... So after complaining about why it was taking so long I was told from the front desk person who I assume is the owner that they ran out of oil wtf... So absolutely no communication was stated to me the entire time to let me know what was going on for the king ass wait ... So after my car was finally done almost a hour and 30 minutes later I asked if I was going to be able to get compensated by getting a discount for the inconvenience for waiting so long and I was told NO... No apology no nothing... All I got was an attitude.. keep in mind I've been up all night doing anazon flex so I'm completely exhausted so I see nothing wrong with at least getting a discount for waiting that long...I will definitely make sure people know how this company treats their customers and has no compassion for the circumstances... I am so disappointed and irritated by how I was treated and highly don't recommend going to e&e tires for a oil change ... Getting your tires is a whole different subject but even on that note I'm never returning for business ... horrible owner you definitely lost a good customer... I didn't want to give any Star because this company doesn't deserve one but in order to make a review I had to unfortunately

This is sad I am customer for many years in the manager all mean in very rude I told him that When I come to fix my tires they charge me $15 dollars for fix my tire low air in the tire in he say no is very mean the "manager" I well not come back anymore I well go somewere elso bad customer services for yes less then $5 dollar its crazy

Hands down some of the best and kindest service I’ve ever had. I came right before they closed, due to a blowout on the freeway, and they brought me in, took care of me, and gave me a great experience to a not so nice circumstance. I highly recommend this spot for any service they provide. Thanks Alyson.

Needed a front driver tire.I have a Kia Optima I called them to see if they had my tire in stock. I was told yes, I drove over their, .the staff was very friendly & nice, the best customer service I have seen in a long time.I gave them 5 stars if I could have given 10 stars I would have. The guys are the best never go here and not leave a tip, it's never expected but I always leave a tip because I appreciate them. Thay work hard so show some love and appreciation bring a box of donuts, some Starbucks coffee, something to let them know there service is exceptional there prices beats everyone's in the IE and well I was visiting family and thay made me feel like family Wal-Mart, Pep Boys nor Winston Tires ain't got nothing on these strong Men here.
