Jiffy Lube

I needed a last minute oil change and called in to see if they had availability. The gentleman on the phone said they had availability and I made my way over. I was in an out of there within 30 minutes. They did my oil change and also added air to my tires, cleaned my windows, and took a look at all areas of my car! Friendly staff, will definitely be back!

I needed an oil change. From the moment I pulled up and encountered the first employee who was amazing! Addressed me with a lot of respect and very courteous .checked the fluids and put air in my tires ! Then I need to pay and the employee that took my information was very helpful! Very positive attitude! I will forever be back because of this customer service I received! Will not go anywhere else! Customer service is beyond my expectations!! I hope they get the recognition they deserve!! Thank you!!!

Great service as always. What really stood out was the speed in getting another oil filter to perform the oil change. I was given the wrong filter at an automotive store. They informed of the issue and had a replacement there within a few minutes of our conversation. I work nights and was really tired. I appreciated the speed of getting the part. There was almost no delay in getting my oil change completed.

The customer service was really friendly and attentive, didn't leave me waiting like other places will do. Went there to change my spark plugs and ignition coils without an appointment and they did everything in the moment, they had everything ready to go, plus those things are good quality. I also liked that it was truly first come first serve. They were done in I think under an hour and a half. Will be coming back if I have any more issues in the future :)

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprise at the amazing customer service. I appreciated the level of knowledgeable technician. Not to much the the overall service exceeded my expectations. The technicians went an above and beyond to check of my fluids and top them off. They vacuumed and wiped down my car. Lastly, the price was fantastic for the quality of service that you receive.

I was extremely happy with my experience, I walked in they took my information and then inspected my vehicle then made their recommendations without pressure to do any of them. I just wanted an oil change and that is what I got. Only took 15 minutes. Very happy and I will return.

When I first got the Jiffy Lube I had my service animal in the car when the employees just walked up to the car and went to reach in and my service animal reacted as it should to protect its owner there was a Spanish employee a young lady who said no that's what the service animal is there for to protect his owner overall I had a great time and I will be going back again I was able to use my coupon that I was able to get online so when you go please use your coupon they give you a $15 discount which is really great the service is wonderful and the Hispanic lady is a true blessing to the business but the young lady was so sweet and kind thank you very much for your kindness from me and my service animal mamas

They did not have the air or cabin filters in stock, and did not check mine to see if they needed replacement. The sticker they provided had the wrong mileage on it. They did not ask nor tell me what brand of oil they used. I did not feel confident in their service and believe they could do better and be more thorough. I have gotten better service elsewhere.
