AutoZone Auto Parts

A few days ago I was stranded on highway 18 with a dead battery and the nearest location to me at the time was the autozone on highway 18 which was about 8 to 10 minutes by the target and unfortunately the manager there by the name of Robert ,which was not very professional nor understanding couldn't assist me even though I did mention to him that I had my 4 little kids with me and it was cold that night . I had to call this location which was about 15 to 20 minutes away and Renn answered all my prayers. Not only was she helpful and understanding but also made sure that the battery was ready for me to pick up so I can head back to install it . This is helpful and we need more people like her in this industry. Thank you Renn

He can't go wrong with autozone. They always have what I need. Their prices are pretty good. They are very helpful.

AMAZING STAFF. I had a coolant leak from a hose that I could not seem to identify which made finding the part impossible. They took the time to pull up the schematic of my coolant system, identified the part, and located it and had it brought to the store. That is what I would call amazing customer service. Thank you.

Will never go to an autozone again. I bought a radiator for my Honda Civic, the transmission cooler leaked in the radiator, leaking coolant into the transmission, and completely destroying my transmission,effectively destroying my car. Talked to the store about it, was told I needed to contact duralast. I called duralast and was told I need to go to the store to file a claim. Only getting the run around. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars At autozone so you would think someone would look into it but not at all. This is not the first time this has happened with one their new radiator. Thank you for destroying my car autozone. Loved the car but now it’s gotta go to the junkyard.

Mateo has been a huge help to several projects we have been working on! Hes caught errors and saved us money severak times, all the while being very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I love Auto Zone. As a woman I don't feel that stigma of being taken advantage of when it comes to Auto Care there. I had to get a car battery and the technician "Larry" helped me. He was courteous and so professional. I get all my car parts and accessories here because of their great warranties. With being on a fixed income, Auto Zone is the place for quality auto parts, great pricing and wonderful service. Thank you Mr. Larry you made my day!
