After getting the first oil change on my brand new car All of the oil leaked out because they put the gasket on wrong for the oil filter. I drove 4 miles with the oil pouring out of the engine.. They likely ruined my new engine. They wont take responsibility for repairs or diagnostic's at a qualified repair center. When I brought it back to them it was smoking so much I thought it may catch fire. It damaged my lungs and I had to take days off work. Its still smoking and leaking. I can not drive it. The independent owner will not respond. It's been two weeks! Do not take your car here! There is multiple tracks of oil leaving this business. Apparently it happens often get better at your job.

Do. Not. Go. Here. Front desk woman was beyond rude. Also, when we called to find out the hours of the location, she couldn’t even tell us what time they opened and closed everyday. Went in to fix an issue with the car, and it came back 2X worse. If I had the time and energy, I would get legal action involved. We took the car to Another shop, who flat out told us that Jiffy Lube put the Wrong fluid into our car, and left caps unscrewed. All over a horrible experience. They need to be more selective who they hire.

These scam artists just tried to charge me over $300 for an oil and filter change. No question of which type of oil I want, nor did they present me with an estimate of any type before they started the work. After 15 minutes at the counter they applied a 25% off discount. Never in my life have I ever paid even a third of this price for an oil change on this vehicle. Valvoline for life I suppose. Edit after I got home, and looked under the truck. Drops on the driveway and a completely oil soaked crossmember. Avoid at all costs.

Closed 1 hour early :( I went back later, service was acceptable, but Jiffy lube pricing has went up a lot, more than I think the service is worth. I will be looking for other options in the future.

The crew at this Jiffy Lube were knowledgable and efficient at their job. Very personable and professional. Great job in checking air pressure and oil change. In and out in less than 20 minutes.
