MISING NUT! I aired up the tires minutes before I got there. It was there. They are saying it came in missing a nut. Then showed me security footage, I can still see that it is there... why would they steal a $5 lug nut that they don't even sell there. Take photos, show Juan when you get there or this could be you. Quick service. EDIT AFTER REPLY: Yes, I saw the video, and the nut is there in the video... but also why wouldn't your tech tell me that it was missing? I found it after he said the work was done and ready to pay. he also said "I'll have to charge you if you want to see the security footage" and "if it is there in the video will you pay double?" who asks a customer to pay to see security footage or pay double? BUT yes, IF I can clearly see the nuts in the rear passenger tire AS or Before the work was done, then I'll rewrite the review with 5 stars :

I can not remember the name of the gentleman that assisted me; but he was there earlier than the time that they were suppose to open. He had my tire size; and he put it on my car for a good price. I was in and out; and made it back to Los Angeles safely. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience with the guys at Jessie's tires. We had a bubble in a tire while driving through town and they had our tire swapped out and a new one on in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly and their pricing was great.

If you need any tire service in this area these are the go to guys. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. I got taken badly by their competition down the street, the Good Year dealer. Jessie's was a pleasure to do business with. I only wish i would of gone to Jessie's 2 years ago instead of Good Year. I wouldn't be doing the same job twice.

I got a flat tire near Blythe when drove in the high desert I10 about 2 weeks ago. Jessie is the only shop stacked with my vehicle's tire. And his charge is a reasonably low price. Also professional work was done. I give a 5-star for the shop.
