Though they did not have the part in stock, they did not give up on helping me. That goes a long way. I didn’t get anyone’s name, but I think one was the store manager both her and the young lady helping me really made my bad day. Good.

i was traveling through Blythe when the low battery on my Key Fob came on. I was headed to a remote area in the California desert and knew i needed to take care of this right away. I walked into the Auto Zone Store and was greeted by Rhonda and Malachi. They got me the right battery then installed it and tested it. What amazing service! As a senior citizen in an unfamiliar area the FANTASTIC SERVICE made me an Auto Zone customer for life. Thank you Malachi and Rhonda!!!! Auto Zone Fan forever Terry M Arizona

20 hours of madness.... because of Parker AutoZone!!! Blythe AutoZone is the ONLY place I'll ever go to when parts and the TRUTH is what I need. Parker AutoZone first place I stopped: 10-26-2024 $218.00 Seemed ok at first BUT..... 1) the batteries they sold me were dead/ drained beyond repair! 2) one of the employees was, Loudly, telling another person/customer that "the bumble head who took on my "job" should have never done it" He said this while pointing at me 😡 (was a heavy set guy with a full beard) 3) As I now understand it, Parker stores their batteries on the cement. They keep & sell outdated batteries as well as the dead ones. Even after another manager who was in store helping them out for several weeks told them and took it upon herself to rearrange & separate batteries thet were good from ones that needed to be shipped out. She came back the next day to find all batteries were put back into inventory. 10/27/2024 BLYTHE on the other hand was FANTASTIC & HONEST!! They gladly pulled the Parker batteries out tested them, 7.2. Remember, I bought these 2 batteries less than 24 hours ago 😡 They reinstalled new batteries, 96° heat, no complaining, no snarky comments and even went & got cold water, from Starbucks just across the parking lot, for them and me!! If you have to spend that kind of money, Blythe, California AutoZone the HONEST AND FRIENDLY place to go❗️😃

Was stuck in the desert after palooza. Starter solenoid finally gave out . Decided to replace entire starter . My part was in stock and just a short drive away . Got me back on the road in a timely manner

I forgot the guys name, but he was young about 19. Went above and beyond to help me. I left my keys to my bike at home, well I went in to the zone to use a phone and this kid offered to run me home which is 7 miles but after he got off work. No problem, his other coworker accompanied him . Nice kids, genuinely intelligent and empathetic. Autozone better do them right . That's all.

We were low on oil. Thank goodness they had the oil we needed for Volkswagen! Very friendly staff that let us in and helped even though it was just before closing time. 😌

I broke down on my way home from vacation in front of there store they didn't have the part i needed because it was a specialty part from GM they went above and beyond to help me find the part else ware and after we found it and i ordered it they let me leave my vehicle in there parking lot for a week while it came in the entire staff was a huge help with loaning me tools to use to fix it and the morning shift manager (I don't remember her name unfortunately) offered to go to the dealer ship after her shift to see if they had the part never thought I would get help this good from complete strangers best Autozone experience I've ever had
