Called to see if they had a specific wheel in stock and was told yes after confirming size/lug and what vehicle it was coming from. Got down there and there was only 4 lug wheels off that car. Instead they found me another steel wheel that may fit. Was told I could return it if it didn't fit. Well they refused a return. Multiple lies from this place. Will never be back

Just drove 2 hours for a door that had been sold forever ago. I had talked to Jasper Jones via facebook for the last week and was told as of last night it was still there. Waste of time and poor business etiquette.

I called to ask about pricing over a cold air intake I’m an hour away and they told me they could do $40 I came all the way to dandrige took it off and when I went off to pay there was a different guy a chubby white guy and he was trying to charge me $250 for the same cold air intake that the other cashier was telling me they could do $40 on when I got there he then proceeded to tell me that online was $250 that’s why it was that I went on line and found him one for $80 and after that he just said we don’t compete with online dumb service and making people waste their time.
