I received a tow from these crooks they charged my card twice one for 250 and one for 264. Now they will not pick up their phone. I also had 100 miles of coverage through AAA then they charged me over $250 just to go an additional 30 miles. I will be contacting my attorney if my funds aren’t returned to my card by the end of day today. READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!! Update 2/19/25 spoke to them about 4-5 days ago they stated they issued a refund of $250 and sent some phony refund email. I still have not received a refund and I will be contacting their local PD in the morning this company is run by total crooks I will be leaving a review with the BBB as well. Not only did they double charge my card but upon arrival to the drop off they threatened to not release my car and called the cops after double charging my card these guys are total scumbags just look at the reviews

I recently had the displeasure of having my car "serviced" here. My car tire came off on the highway and I was towed here. That was the first mistake. After quoting me over $1000 for fixing breaks and putting two new tires on I declined. I asked why my tires fell off and they could not tell me. Because I was stranded here, I had to pay $225 for a service to fix the tire. However they failed to mention the damaged ball joint to me or that if it isn't fixed the tire will fall off again. I took my car to Mavis about 30 mins after picking my car up from them because the car started to shake. Lo and behold, Mavis saw the damaged ball joint and were shocked that a car shop did not tell me about it or attempt to fix it before giving it back. The only information Jan gave me was that I had balding tired and could use some new brakes. That would not have helped me if the wheel fell off again. I could have died! Do not take your car here! They don't know what they are doing and I will be filing a lawsuit. Every bad review you see on them here is true! I literally could have died. Your life is too important to leave it in the hands of these scam artists and criminals pretending to be a reputable shop. Go anywhere else but here! You've been warned.
