I have a Polaris Ranger xp1000 Northstar ultimate that got water in the drive belt housing causing it to slip. I was headed out of town with my machine 2 days after this happened and wasn’t sure if I had damaged my belt so I bought one from James atv to take with me to be safe. Once the belt housing dried out my OEM belt was fine, I tried to return the belt I bought from them with the receipt, the belt was unused and had never been taken out of the package. The dude at the desk immediately started making excuses to not let me return it and made accusations that I swapped the belts out and was trying to return a bad belt. He made every excuse not to accept the return. Horrible way to run a business, and pretty crappy to make assumptions about someone right from the start. Your refusal to accept a perfectly good return of a $150 belt cost you my future business… your loss.

Horrible company Everything’s over priced And I took a Harley tire to them with a tire and tube on my tire rode two miles yesterday and it the tire went completely flat and sent me through the center median owner says no way his guys done it even tho they put my tire back on rim with no tube in it and I can prove it…. Wouldn’t recommend this company for anything only reason they get any kind of buisness is because there the only kind of small engine shop within 30 miles

My experience was horrible. When they called me and said my fourwheeler needed A new motor I was told that they had one for $800 then when I went and picked up my fourwheeler I was charged $1,200 for the motor. Then when I called them and said something about It the guy tried saying he didn't tell me $800. So better be careful doing business with them or you will be over charged.
