Friendly service, however I had a bad experience. It cost be $60 for the in house full synthetic oil change, however they had a first responders discount of 10% which is very nice. But it’s now two days later and my drain plug has been over tightened to the point when the seal is bent and oil is leaking from it. Oil is also leaking from the filter cartridge door (I drive a Tundra so it has a different filter, only reason I don’t change my own oil is because it requires a special Toyota wrench I don’t have for the filter). In two days I’ve lost half of the $60 I paid for in oil. Luckily, I found a wrench and will be picking up a new plug tomorrow to fix it myself and of course spend more money on oil to fill it back up. Two starts. 4 for service. Zero for actual change.
